In the late 1800s, Edward Wiggin traveled around the county collecting information about the history of each town in order to write a book. He never finished the project. In 1922, George H Collins, editor of the Star Herald, compiled the work into a book and added his own addendum. Click on the link to the town page and it will open in a new tab.
